Developed several patented web-based, interactive and globally scalable process that delivers customized health and fitness programs. The product is a customized conditioning program that is automated based upon an individual’s goals, strength, flexibility and medical history. Program types range from sport-specific fitness conditioning programs to diagnostic-specific rehabilitative exercise programs. The programs are research based and outcomes are measured. Developed flexible communication plans to maximize the applications of the patents. Led negotiations with one of the largest Medicare providers to implement the programs with their customers. Additionally participated in a grant proposal from the DOD for $22.5M for which the license of this technology is the central gear.

The platform promotes the first evidence based online learning environment with a pre-test and a post-test system which measures the learning. Rewarded faculty for amount of student learning. Technology also measures customer satisfaction. Developed internet marketing strategies to include partners in professional and commercial, global and national arenas. Crafted an internet marketing strategy to rapidly ramp membership. Developed market-specific and generational specific, communications and marketing plans.
